TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or get in touch with us at support@orboils.com.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, that's on us. Email support@orboils.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it straight away, replacement or full refund, your call.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How a return works
Email us first at support@orboils.com with your order number. Don't send anything back before we've had a chance to take a look. Returns sent without approval can't be processed, and we don't want that for you.
We'll review your request and send you everything you need to know about sending it back.
Once we've received and processed your approved return, you'll be refunded within 30 days of your original purchase, and we'll also credit your account $5 to spend on anything Orb. Consider it a thank you for taking the time to let us know.
What we need from you
Returns need to come back in their original condition and packaging. Anything that's been used or damaged along the way won't be eligible for a full refund, so it's worth giving it a proper look before sending it on. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
